Failures along several points of roof/siding flashing caused significant water damage through to the interior living room. The Property Source replaced the faulty flashing and roofing, remediated all water damage and restored the living space to its previous charm. Interior services included job site protection, demo, re-insulation, paneling/ trim carpentry, painting, etc.
Treadwell Street - Hamden, CT
After an abrupt storm with strong winds knocked a 100 year old tree into our client’s home, The Property Source began the rebuilding process with the entire roof and front elevation reframed back to strong structural integrity. After completion, new roofing, windows, doors, siding, gutters, and fixtures we’re installed at the exterior of the property. Interior work included, new kitchen w/ granite countertops and new appliances, insulation achieving higher r value, fresh paint and flooring throughout, code upgraded electrical, etc.
The Garland Project
After a water supply line let go underneath the kitchen sink, causing an abundance of water damage throughout the entire kitchen floor, The Property Source was called in to restore the kitchen to it’s previous virtue. Remove rotted flooring, replace structural sub flooring, reinstall cabinets, new flooring, fresh paint, reinstall appliances.
The Lucibello Project
After remediation was completed, The Property Source took this unfinished basement and turned it into a comfortable office/living for our client. From framing and rough-in MEP trades, to finish trim carpentry, painting, flooring, and fixtures, a tremendous amount of detail was taken into every consideration to allow for a great finish product.
