Founded in 2017, The Property Source was born with a vision to become the Connecticut Shoreline’s number one resource for providing the highest quality remodeling and restoration services. In 2020, The Property Source was nominated and won “2020 Best on the CT Shoreline” Award for “Best Home Improvement Contractor” in Zip06’s Annual Community Awards, which was hosted by James Corden. Alex Mansi
Founder, Alex Mansi, has spent nearly his entire life working in and around the building and remodeling industry. Reliable, direct, and thorough, Alex treats every project, big or small, with the upmost care and attention to detail. Throughout the course of his career, Alex has and continues to gain a wide variety of experience and robust knowledge grounded in years of honing hobby into career, along with working for and being mentored by one of CT’s top painting contractors, previous successful building contractors, in addition to one of Boston’s premiere property management companies. Alex excels in all phases of construction including framing, sheetrock / taping, painting, and finish carpentry work,
Pedro Boskovic
Pedro Boskovic joined the Property Source in 2020 as a lead projector manager and estimator. With over decade of experience in the remodeling and restoration industry, Pedro excels in project management, large loss estimation, Xactimate software, and consulting for public adjusting firms. He is professional in guiding customers through homeowners insurance claims, building inspections, policy information, zoning and code upgrades, and most importantly forming and maintaining relationships with top sub contractors
